Selling your current home is often the first step. We have proven methods to reach your unique ultimate goal. We help sellers with minimizing their stress, selling quickly, and achieving their target list price. With our design and home staging expertise, we can easily turn your home into a desirable choice for future buyers, helping you to get a faster sale at a top price. Every listing agreement at 1702 includes a FREE Standard DIY Staging consultation and discounted staging packages as well to help make your transaction with us one to talk about for years.

As Realtors with extensive backgrounds in renovation properties and home redesign, we help clients find homes that are beautiful, functional, and fit their future.

“Like other Realtors, we take our clients from start to finish, from showings to closings. But where we are different is our ability to cater to each clients specific needs. One that’s crafted by an expert and uniquely balances our clients priorities. In many cases, homeowners are unaware of the possibilities, and what we do is help them understand their options. We help clients envision what they truly wish for and reveal the possibilities to turn a house into their dream home. On the other side, helping sellers with repairs and updates to prepare their home for sale. We are familiar with repair/renovation costs and what needs to be done. That knowledge simply sets us apart and makes 1702 revolutionary in the Real Estate business here.” - Melanie
